DescriptionThe Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act was signed into law on December 13, 2010, accompanied by a commitment to work with Congress to fix the SNAP cut included in that Act. The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act has many important and excellent provisions for child nutrition programs.
