Description Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is a non-profit organization based in the Twin Cities metropolitan area that serves low-income individuals and families in a multitude of ways. To promote housing stability, the organization constructs, renovates, and manages affordable housing units. Employment training programs promote economic advancement and include computer access, classroom training, and on-the-job training through two PPL businesses dedicated to worker training. Family stability is supported through community building efforts, immigrant-focused workshops, academic youth programming, personal coaching, and intensive supportive housing. Programs specific to youth achievement include homework help, mentoring, and summer day camps. PPL also runs several alternative schools.

PPL's programs are financed by grant income and contributions, in addition to revenues from rental properties, sales of new homes, and sales from worker training-focused businesses.
Goal / Mission PPL works with low-income individuals and families to achieve greater self-sufficiency through housing, employment training, support services, and education.
